Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conducting in-depth research on critical accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates and performing financial, cash flow and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards or regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changes.</li><li>Providing technical support to the finance team in relation to complex accounting issues.</li><li>Revise and maintain the group’s accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standards.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topics.</li><li>Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business needs.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; advanced degrees or CPA certification preferred.</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of US GAAP</li><li>Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial instrument valuation is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English.</li></ul><div>#LI-CW1</div><div>#LI-Hybrid</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Life @ Crypto.com</b></div><div><br /></div><div>Empowered to think big.
