Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Business partner with multiple teams (Finance, Data, Tech, etc.) to deliver data-centric, automated solutions that streamline financial reporting workflows</li><li>Support Senior Director in driving automation projects and follow them through from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time</li><li>Analyse current financial processes to identify challenges, inefficiencies or areas for improvement</li><li>Drive regular cadence (stand ups) as well as design, develop and execute on UAT plans to ensure issues are resolved independently</li><li>Continuously monitor automated processes post go-live, to ensure they are functioning optimally</li><li>Improve overall financial data stability by implementing controls to prevent recurring issues and minimise breaks or manual intervention</li><li>Assist in other ad-hoc reports</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics and financial process automation</li><li>Solid knowledge in accounting and finance concepts (able to work with finance managers closely)</li><li>Proven track record in driving data &amp; automation initiatives from design, testing to deployment</li><li>Excellent in writing complex SQL and complicated business data logic</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), finance databases (NetSuite) and BI tools (Tableau)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to oversee projects both independently and as part of a team</li></ul><div>#LI-CY2</div><div>#LI-Hybrid </div><div>#LI-Associate </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Life @ Crypto.com</b></div><div><br /></div><div>Empowered to think big.
