You’ll lead technical demos, run proof of concepts, respond to security questionnaires and technical questions, and provide deep expertise on our data, APIs, and CRM integrations. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales solution design to post-sales onboarding, adoption, and ongoing technical support.</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot complex API and data challenges, design and optimize workflows, and enable internal teams through training and tooling.
