This position is designed for a strong team contributor, driven, detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support our team in our corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale. You are a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil payrolls are processed on a timely and accurate basis.  This is a fast-paced, dynamic role and you will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity. This role will be a key part of the successful growth of the Finance department and located in our office in India.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Manage and support the day-to-day Canada, Mexico, Brazil &amp; US Payroll experience is must.</li><li>Worked on payroll projects and process improvement drives.</li><li>complete and timely processing of bi-weekly and Semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using ADP- GV, Workday and ADP Workforce Now (Canada).</li><li>Perform Semi-monthly and Bi-weekly Payroll Reconciliation to validate all the payroll inputs.</li><li>Assist with T&amp;A for hourly employees.</li><li>In depth knowledge of Stock transactions including but not limited to RSU, ESPP wage reporting, etc.</li><li>Review new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pay, etc.</li><li>Process and reconcile all deductions, including, 401K, flexible spending plans, etc.</li><li>Perform data audit between Workday and payroll platforms.</li><li>Responsible for providing the information and coordinating with ADP.</li><li>Perform ESPP Validations and enrollments/Modification.</li><li>Research and set up new tax jurisdictions for payroll tax filing (Optional).</li><li>Ensure quarterly/annual payroll tax filings are complete and accurate and filed timely.</li><li>Collaborate with internal/external partners who also support the equity administration function (e.g., legal counsel, the People Team, etc.).</li><li>Record all payroll-related journal entries in the GL.</li><li>Perform periodic reconciliation of payroll accounts.</li><li>Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions and/or the payroll process.</li><li>Perform year-end activities.</li><li>Perform payroll analysis.</li><li>Assist with special projects as needed.</li></ul>What You’ll Need:<ul><li>6+ years of experience in AMER payroll Operations, managed in-house payroll with high-growth, fast paced environment (Canada, Mexico and Brazil payroll experience preferred).</li><li>ADP Global view (SAP) platform experience is mandatory.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of integration between WD and Payroll platform.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of outbound interface from Payroll platform.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll systems, earnings and deduction codes, W-2, W-2C and GL mapping.</li><li>ADP Ceridian payroll experience will be a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Federal and State payroll rules and regulations.</li><li>Experience with Year-end payroll activities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and react quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. </li><li>Effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company.</li><li>Individual must be organized, detail-oriented, proactive and energetic.</li><li>Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuite, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Global view, ADP Ceredian.</li><li>A self-starter and team player.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent degree.</li></ul>Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM ISTWork Location: Kharadi, Pune#LI-SA2Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: <ul><li>Remote-friendly and flexible work culture</li><li>Market leader in compensation and equity awards</li><li>Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs</li><li>Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge</li><li>Paid parental and adoption leaves</li><li>Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role</li><li>Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections</li><li>Vibrant office culture with world class amenities</li><li>Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe </li></ul>CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
