Charlotte AI has garnered industry recognition – for instance, its new agentic response/workflow features were named among the hottest cybersecurity products of 2025.What Youll Do:<ul><li>Lead and build one or more teams of engineers building Charlotte AI software offerings, with a focus on AI/ML engineering, backend systems, and UI/UX engineering.</li><li>Manage organizational structure and workload, project resourcing &amp; coordination in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment with rapid iteration cycles.</li><li>Support wellbeing of team members - providing support &amp; guidance focused primarily on resourcing, progress, and soft skills.
