The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role: Exposure Management is extending CrowdStrike’s mission of “stopping breaches” into the next level of sophistication and visibility by ingesting massive amounts of risk data and applying various techniques and algorithms (including Machine Learning) to provide visibility that was not seen before(attack paths, posture score) across your hosts and cloud assets/workloads.In this role you will use the latest technologies for building backend services that will ingest data, perform calculations and provide remediation tooling and automation. We write code in Golang and Python. Learn it on the job with us!</li><li>Experience developing and consuming RESTful API web services.</li><li>Experience interacting with major cloud provider APIs to provision cloud infrastructure, and to monitor it. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud provider APIs the most, as well as Azure and Google Cloud (GCP).</li><li>Experience using a message queue. We use Kafka. (e.g., defining messages, estimating message sizes and rates, monitoring lag)</li><li>Understanding data structures and commands for a key-value distributed caching solution, such as Redis.</li><li>Experience using RDBMS databases, and accompanying knowledge of SQL, such as Postgres.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting highly distributed systems, including scalability concerns. (e.g, concurrency, immutability, sharding, eventual consistency, etc.)</li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
