The role is based out of Cricut’s headquarter office in South Jordan, Utah and will work collaboratively with cross-functional leadership across departments. The new addition to our team will:<ul><li>Collaborate with global sales leadership to identify optimal go-to-market strategies and review sales performance results</li><li>Analyze customer profitability trends to ensure effectiveness of current strategies and efficiency of distribution</li><li>Develop enhanced internal reporting and data visualizations to support sales, sales operations, and pricing teams</li><li>Support FP&amp;A and accounting peers during monthly and quarterly financial close processes</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive automation efficiencies with the data engineering team</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Cricut business model to deliver ad-hoc analysis at the direction of the CFO, VP of Finance, or other executives</li><li>Exhibit a problem-solving mindset and ability to act like an owner during day-to-day responsibilities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field</li><li>3+ years of finance, pricing, accounting, or similar experience</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel with exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and a passion for corporate strategy</li><li>Self-starter that assumes ownership of responsibilities and can deliver results amidst ambiguity</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver executive-level presentations</li><li>Willingness to be in-office 3+ days weekly and contribute to lively team environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>We’ve got you covered At Cricut, we take care of our people.
