Let’s make.<h3>Job Description</h3>The Cricut Creative Department is a multi-faceted team of dreamers and doers who bring the Cricut brand to life through exceptional creative content. This in-house team turns business strategy into visual reality with best-in-class, forward-thinking solutions that consider the full scope of consumer touchpoints. The team is comprised of four key areas: Design, Copy, Project Design, and Operations. Together, their work helps people lead creative lives. The Creative Department’s Operations Team is a highly-collaborative group of project managers who shepherd creative requests from inception to launch and beyond. This team ensures Marketing requests are considered fully integrated across all consumer touchpoints, with all relevant information ready to be briefed to the respective Creative teams. They own all processes and workflows and are accountable for scoping work, building timelines, facilitating meetings, and more – all in support of enabling the Creative team to produce their best work. The Associate Creative Project Manager supports the operations functions within the Cricut Creative team and is responsible for the process, timelines and meetings for various creative projects at scale and on time, working closely with internal and external teams including international partners. This role would be the liaison to our International partners and would be responsible for working relations, communications, and processes between the teams. You are a thoughtful individual responsible for leading and guiding work from project intake through final delivery. In this role, you will own and lead full-scope project management for multi-faceted creative projects, flexing up to support larger initiatives as needed. You will set the framework for projects by building timelines and facilitating/leading meetings for the Creative team, as well as across Creative team touchpoints with the larger teams functions, ie. marketing, channel, product, and packaging. You will report to the Manager, Creative Operations to support the overall creative function, and aid in the ongoing identification of tools and methodologies that help our teams produce their best work in sustainable ways.  Key Responsibilities Timeline Build &amp; Management <ul><li>Partner and collaborate with Creative leadership on projects within the creative department, including drafting creative requirements with Creative Directors and Art Directors. </li><li>Creates, maintains, and enforces creative and production timelines and schedules for small to large-scale projects and programs, including the management of approvals. Includes negotiation with cross-functional partners to prioritize and set realistic delivery timelines based on business justification and creative resources. </li><li>Ensure that all cross-functional partners are notified of any changes in schedule, scope, resources, and budget. </li><li>Support in the escalation of project risks to the Manager, Creative Operations. </li></ul>  Creative Request Facilitation <ul><li>Partners with Creative Leads to ensure seamless management of projects and requests.   </li><li>Hands-on leading project management for key initiatives. </li><li>Maintains accurate project list/job status for all creative projects with proactive management. Keeping CDs and Manager, Creative Operations informed. </li><li>Manages Airtable for the Creative Team, including all data entry, sprint planning, ticket management, hotlists for team members, etc.  </li><li>Works with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope and requirements are correctly listed in Airtable tickets. </li><li>Properly document project status and details in the process on Airtable. Works to ensure all critical information and revisions are documented accurately and properly.  </li></ul> Meeting Facilitation <ul><li>Initiates/schedules kick-off meetings with applicable team members and cross-functional teams.  </li><li>Coordinates and manages agendas for cross-functional and executive-level meetings.  </li><li>Drives organizational effectiveness by ensuring completion of tasks through meeting recaps and goal/timeline setting.   </li><li>Facilitates communication between all parties to reach a consensus. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree preferred, PMP certification a plus </li><li>3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Creative Services/Operations or Project Management </li><li>Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) </li><li>Experience using PM software (ie.
