Keep up to date on tech writing industry trends and use what you learn to help our team innovate at every level.</li> <li>Learn from our team as you improve your writing, technical knowledge, and ability to think through tough problems with a focus on customer outcomes. </li> <li>Bring your positive attitude and sense of humor to help us foster a culture that is collaborative, innovative, and inclusive. </li> <li>We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.</li> </ul> If You’ve Got It - We Want It <ul> <li>2+ years experience working as a technical writer, UX writer, content developer, or similar role. </li> <li>Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills. </li> <li>A portfolio that showcases your skills in software documentation aimed at technical audiences.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced company serving enterprise users and buyers.</li> <li>Experience working with cloud infrastructure, services, and streaming data.</li> <li>Interest in contributing directly to UX text and interaction design (you can help build the products you write about).</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to follow a house style guide, edit and self-edit according to it, and expand it where needed.</li> <li>Willingness to work and grow in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate and publish using Git-based workflows and static site generators (Hugo, Docusaurus, Gatsby, and so on). </li> <li>Skill in using Atlassian tools, Google Workspace/G Suite, and graphics/screenshot annotation tools.</li> <li>You are kind. You take your work seriously without being too serious. We like that! (You must also like goats, trust us). </li> </ul> Salary Range ($100,000 - $120,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
