Examples include annual and quarterly planning processes, new product introduction (NPI) and board meeting content preparation</li> <li>Design and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results, ensuring high-quality deliverables</li> <li>Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing diverse stakeholder opinions, forming recommendations, and developing end-to-end solutions</li> <li>Drive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion as directed by business leaders to enable state changes in the business</li> <li>Manage and improve business cadence for key company-wide and cross-functional reviews (e.g., QBRs)</li> </ul> If Youve Got It - We Want It <ul> <li>Experience: 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles at top firms or tech companies</li> <li>Strategic Planning: Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective program management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple company-wide initiatives in parallel</li> <li>Problem Solving and Insight: Adaptable and results-oriented systems thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments, learns quickly, and approaches challenges entrepreneurially</li> <li>Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholders</li> <li>Analytical Ability: Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, including advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution</li> <li>Leadership: Ability to work independently, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead without direct authority</li> <li>Collaboration and Teamwork: Leverage functional empathy to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand diverse perspectives, and align on shared objectives to achieve results</li> </ul>   Bonus Points <ul> <li>Deep knowledge of the IT and Security data markets</li> <li>Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (i.e., Series E+) and / or early public B2B SaaS companies (e.g., 3-5k employees)</li> <li>Familiarity with leading AI tools and applying agents to address operational tasks</li> <li>MBA or professional business degree</li> <li>Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion</li> </ul> Salary Range ($155,000 - $205,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
