Credible is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to meaningfully shape the user experience of our products, helping users make more informed decisions about their financial future.</p> <p><span> </span></p> <p>The role is full time and compensation will be based on experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li>Own large and small projects for one or more of our product verticals, in partnership with product managers</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals</li> <li>Create functional prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts; leverage GenAI, Figma automations, and plugins to explore divergent design directions</li> <li>Leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions and validate assumptions</li> <li>Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms</li> <li>Continuously apply modern practices (for AI tools, automation, motion, performance, fintech UX patterns) and share learnings with the team</li> <li>Elevate the product brand: raise the visual bar, establish a consistent design language, and partner with Lifecycle Marketing so product UI reflects Credible’s voice and mission</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably for B2C/consumer internet products</li> <li>Strong proficiency with Figma</li> <li>An inspiring portfolio that demonstrates experience driving design projects, contributing to design systems, working through complex user flows, and shipping products that are functional, intuitive and visually compelling</li> <li>Experience applying user research methodologies and product data/analytics to inform design decisions</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions</li> <li>Experience working closely and effectively with product managers, engineers and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><div><div><p>Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay ranges for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, are listed below.
