They are hands-on from proposal to development to deployment and responsible for first level escalations. A MarTech Architect is expected to maintain an ongoing knowledge of the digital landscape including top platforms, emerging trends, AI impacts, etc. They are knowledgeable about the full MarTech Stack including marketing operations, data, channel orchestration, and common use cases marketers are seeking to implement. They are passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, team-oriented, excellent communicators and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, take responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to such complex problems.
