At Cradle, we offer a software platform for AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins, so that biologists can design proteins faster and at scale. You will manage the end-to-end logistics and occasionally attend industry conferences, brand activations, and thought-leadership gatherings to ensure everything runs smoothly and Cradle is represented at its best. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail-oriented coordination and enjoys collaboration, curiosity, and impact.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></h1><p></p><h2><strong>Event Operations &amp; Logistics</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, trade shows, and hosted events, including registration, travel, shipping, and setup.</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships (venues, catering, AV, design, print) to ensure seamless execution.</p></li><li><p>Ensure seamless coordination across global time zones and complex multi-city travel schedules.</p></li><li><p>Handle last-minute changes with proactive problem-solving.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>Marketing Alignment</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategy with broader brand and campaign goals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate production of branded collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.</p></li><li><p>Track event ROI, gather attendee feedback, and provide post-event reports with recommendations.</p></li></ul><h2><br /><strong>On-Site Attendance</strong></h2><ul><li><p>For key events provide hands-on coordination and problem-solving.</p></li><li><p>Ensure speakers, executives, and team members have the materials, schedules, and support they need to succeed.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact during events for staff, vendors, and partners.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></h1><p></p><h2>Must-haves</h2><ul><li><p>2-4 years of professional experience in event coordination roles.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with calendar and project management software tools (e.g. Linear, Asana, Cvent, Microsoft)</p></li><li><p>Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with fast-changing priorities</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Nice-to-haves</h2><ul><li><p>Background or experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries</p></li><li><p>Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with website content management systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>A notice about recruitment scams</strong>: Please be aware that scammers are posing as us in order to get your personal details or money.
