You’ll have access to online courses, along with opportunities to contribute to meetups, lunch-and-learns, and industry events.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for CRM, Data, and other non-digital system projects.</li><li>Quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them.</li><li>Facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.</li><li>Identify and assess security risks and business impacts.</li><li>Translate business needs into actionable security requirements.</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.</li><li>Worked at the <b>program level</b> within transformation engagements</li><li>Experience shaping high-level, sometimes ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable recommendations</li><li>A strong ability to influence and guide stakeholders at different levels</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on <b>non-digital</b> projects such as <b>CRM implementations, data migration, data governance, or enterprise systems</b></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.</li><li>Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.</li><li>#LI-AS7</li><li><br /></li></ul><div><b>About Cprime Elabor8.</b></div><div><br /></div><div>Elabor8 has a strong demand from our clients for our people and agile ways of working, so we need more like-minded individuals to become members of our team.
