Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage account relationships, maintaining effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Review and update condition report; approve and audit vehicle repair report.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Walk vehicles to make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems.  Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>In coordination with account representative, account administrator, and account specific procedures prepare sale vehicle presentation and verify certification/announcements.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Work with lot operations for organization of account vehicles.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representative to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.  Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>OR 5 years’ experience in a related field</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Effective communication and organization skills required.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Commitment to providing excellent customer service essential.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><span>Preferred:</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning, general auto body knowledge, etc. helpful.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Satisfactory computer skills and the ability to utilize a portable terminal, brick, etc. preferred. </span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><span>Work Environment:</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>This is an outdoor role, meaning exposure to weather elements is to be expected</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Drug Testing</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
