Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><p>We are seeking a <b>Software Engineer II</b> to join our DMS+ Fixed Operations team, supporting the development and reliability of our next-generation Dealer Management System for the automotive industry. This role operates at the intersection of software development, site reliability, and DevOps, working across multiple engineering teams to enhance system performance, observability, and deployment efficiency.</p><p></p><p>The <b>Software Engineer II </b>will play a key role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and implementing best practices for monitoring, scalability, and security. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies (preferably AWS), modern DevOps tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.
