GTM Operations supports Sales and Marketing while partnering across the organization, including - Finance, Product, Delivery, Customer Success teams - to ensure alignment and execution of both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Reporting to Sr. Director GTM Operations, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across our sales organizations, enabling scalable growth, optimizing performance, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue goals.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Sales Strategy &amp; Planning: </span></b></p><ul><li>Partner with Sales Leadership and finance to support territory design, quota allocation and resource planning.  </li><li>Manage forecasting processes, providing analysis and recommendations to improve predictability.</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Sales Processes and Performance:</span></b></p><ul><li>Design, implement and continuously improve sales processes across the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Monitor and manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy and sales performance metrics</li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives that reduce friction and increase sales productivity.</li><li>Drive the implementation and adoption of sales dashboards and reports to ensure timely, accurate visibility into pipeline health, key performance indicators, and forecast reliability.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Technology and Tools:</span></b></p><ul><li>Oversee CRM (Salesforce) strategy and tool adoption, ensuring systems support scalable workflows and accurate reporting.</li><li>Ensure data hygiene and accuracy by embedding disciplined sales processes such as consistent pipeline updates, standardized stage progression, and timely activity logging.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies that enhance sales effectiveness and automation. </li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </span></b></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product to align to the go-to-market initiatives.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational recommendations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Leadership: </b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals</li><li>Establish clear objectives, monitor performance and provide mentorship to support professional growth.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous growth.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (i.e. Business, Marketing, Finance) and 8 years’ experience in a related field.</li><li>The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 12 years’ experience in a related field</li><li>3 years of experience in management or lead role </li><li>3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations environment</li><li>Experience with, and having advanced proficiency in, Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)</li><li>Experience in tech or high-growth environments, preferred.</li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Benefits</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
