In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $68,000.00.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p>The Senior Director National Sales is responsible for leading a team of National Sales representatives, driving enterprise-wide sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role is accountable for the achievement of ambitious sales and profitability targets, the development of high-performing sales teams, and the cultivation of strategic customer relationships across national accounts. The Senior Director will champion the vision and strategy for FleetNet and Fleet Services, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and the broader Cox Automotive mission.
