  • Provide guidance through code reviews, 1:1 mentoring, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Troubleshoot high-priority production issues and act as a first responder during outages or performance incidents.

  • Champion DevOps best practices, from infrastructure automation to proactive monitoring and observability improvements.

  • Support QA and testing pipelines, working with product and engineering to ensure smooth releases.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field

  • Strong experience with DevOps in cloud-based environments (AWS, Vercel, etc.).

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Next.js, React, React Native.

  • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and system monitoring tools.

  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Git, CLI, and GitHub Actions (or similar).

  • Proven ability to transform complex UX/UI into performant, maintainable code.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and improve code quality.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-first mindset.

What Success Looks Like
