Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>This position provides customer service, clerical assistance to office staff, compiles and maintains records of business transactions, office activities, and handles basic data entry.</p><p></p><p><b>Work Schedule: Mon - Friday, 28-30 hrs per week </b></p><ul><li><p>Perform sale day administration functions including front counter, collecting &amp; posting payments, issue gate passes for no-sale vehicles and purchases, matching titles with invoices and checks, customer service, data entry, filing and routing, etc.</p></li><li><p><span>Provide quality customer service through fact to face and phone support. Answer questions and provide support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform basic data entry into the AS 400 computer system.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare, issue, and send out correspondence, bills, invoices, receipts, checks, or other documents. • Answer phones, convey messages. Greet and assist customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide quality customer service through face to face and phone support. Answer questions and provide support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers and regulatory agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare checks, reports and other records, and review for accuracy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain vendor files – review/code vendor invoices for submission &amp; review vendor statements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Verify and post all daily activity to include deposits, receivables, charges and fees</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with Shared Service Center to research discrepancies, investigate overages/shortages.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments and charges are processed timely and kept current</span></p></li><li><p><span>Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
