Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing a team of innovative Software Engineers in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software products. To be successful in this role, you must be able to lead effectively in a fluid, fast-paced agile environment. This position requires strong technical, design, communication, and collaboration skills. We have aggressive goals over the next couple of years and are looking for candidates with a passion for solving large scale problems and a can-do attitude!</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Oversees Software Engineering processes and teams.</li><li>Provides direction and oversight in the planning and delivery of product / solution releases.</li><li>Ensures delivery of secure, high quality, well tested and scalable software to meet requirements of the customer and business.</li><li>Prioritize KTLO backlog and maintain a healthy KTLO roadmap to sustain the security and stability of our products.</li><li>Assists with maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog.</li><li>Engages with customers, end users and business partners to understand issues with software development and deployment.</li><li>Ensures issues are resolved in a timely and sustainable fashion.</li><li>Advocates secure coding practices and testing requirements.</li><li>Ensures the teams are setup for success.</li><li>Provides timely feedback (both positive and constructive) to team members.</li><li>Builds a culture of supportive team, pride in ownership, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Provides and supports good engineering practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
