This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our publications, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting our network of independent contractor – newspaper carriers.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>Assist the Distribution Supervisor in:</p><ul><li><ul><li><p>Recruiting and managing independent contractors</p></li><li><p>Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and contract terms</p></li><li><p>Delivering newspapers to consumers and retailers to cover open routes</p></li><li><p>Managing newspaper flow from printer to carriers</p></li><li><p>Promoting positive customer service outcomes</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
