The ERM Analyst will provide ongoing support for quarterly and ad-hoc ERM activities. Support the development and enhancement of the overall ERM program including risk identification, risk monitoring, risk and control assessments, and evaluation of mitigation actions. Play a key role in supporting issue management activities including tracking remediation targets and risk acceptance.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Assist the ERM Senior Manager with the maintenance and preparation of detailed and accurate documentation, including Program roadmaps, Risk Registers, Risk Maps, etc.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Support development and implementation of the quarterly risk certification process and provide ongoing support for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting activities.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Key Risk Indicator (KRI) / risk monitoring program and provide ongoing support for risk monitoring activities.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Assist in the design and creation of standardized and ad-hoc risk reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks and controls within their respective areas.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Help </span></span><span>facilitate risk assessment workshops and interviews to gather input and insights from stakeholders on existing or emerging risks and potential risk mgmt. and control deficiencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to inform risk reporting, including risk assessments, control assessments, KRIs, and other relevant information.</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Assist the ERM team in driving a strong enterprise risk culture and enabling a collaborative risk management environment that promotes transparency and proactive identification, mitigation, and monitoring of risk across multiple focus areas.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform special projects and tasks related to Enterprise Risk Management as assigned.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Risk Management, a related field with generally 2 years of experience in a related field.</span>  A non-degreed candidate will have 4 years of experience.</p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Solid interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in </span></span><span>enterprise risk management, compliance, </span><span><span>external audit, internal audit, </span></span><span>or a combination of relevant experience, education and certification.</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key insights and trends.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>CPA, CIA, CRM, CRMA certifications, or coursework in risk management</span></span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Other</span></b></p><p><span>Up to 5% travel</span></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Drug Testing</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
