Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><b>SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,000 ($500 paid after 30 days of employment, $500 paid after 90 days of employment) </b></div><div></div><div><div><div><div><p><u><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></u></p><ul><li>Inspect vehicles to ensure the required repairs and work is satisfactorily completed.</li><li>Coordinate the workflow to ensure all vehicles are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established Manheim quality standards.</li><li>Monitor process and work being performed to ensure SOPs are being followed properly.</li><li>Ensure the appropriate PPE and safety equipment is available and employees are properly trained in their use.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all services are performed and appropriately charged against the vehicle.</li><li>Monitor and control the use of supplies, materials, and equipment for the Detail Shop, and coordinate the replenishment process.</li><li>Assist the Supervisor in the monitoring and implementing guidelines for a safe work environment and achieve compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.</li><li>Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling those behaviors.</li><li>Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, including driving vehicles into building and to proper clean car staging area, occasional sale day driving.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications:</b></u></p><p><b>Minimum:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.</li><li>OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.</li><li>OR 5 years’ experience in a related field</li><li>Safe drivers needed; valid drivers license required.</li><li>Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.</li><li>Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and lean for extended periods.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of auto detailing, paint application processes, and associated repair procedures (preferred but not required).</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Weather Environment: </u></b></p><ul><li>Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.  </li></ul></div></div></div></div><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Drug Testing</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
