Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.<p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Job Description</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p>Cox Automotive’s FleetNet America is revolutionizing the industry with digital-first fleet solutions connecting fleets with maintenance experts, using data-driven technology via an automated marketplace of service providers &amp; proprietary fleet technology.  FleetNet America is Cox Automotive Mobility’s centralized Maintenance Management division; designed for fleets, operators and teams who need an on-demand service solution, data driven insights, and a team of fleet experts to support them so they can focus on their core business.</p><p></p><p><b>Job and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Administrative duties for onboarding new customers that may require working in several different applications.</li><li>Working with sales and customers directly to acquire information for onboarding.</li><li>Make updates and changes to customers inventory, service requirements or contact information in FleetNet applications.</li><li>May also perform additional duties, such as: data analysis, special projects related to customer’s needs, reporting.</li><li>Consult supervisor as needed for problem/complex request resolutions.</li><li>Provide input for improvements, diagnostic tools, and process changes.</li><li>Monitor queues to proactively look for changes needed and potential issues.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Friendly and professional tone and demeanor.</li><li>Can-do attitude, self-starter with a willingness to assist in all functional areas as needed.</li><li>Capable of interacting effectively with clients and vendors as well as managers and peers.</li><li>Customer Oriented - Desire to serve both external and internal customers by focusing effort of meeting the clients’ needs.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to work overtime.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
