You can also prospect for new businesses, selling a robust portfolio including cloud, managed services, data connectivity, and more.</p><p>Here’s what that’ll look like:</p><ul><li><p>Proactively contact and meet with existing and potential customers to assess their business, technology needs and goals.</p></li><li><p>Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers’ business including their future business plans, industry, and key competitors, and regularly update needs analysis.</p></li><li><p>Develop strategies and solutions to increase growth across the Cox portfolio including cloud, managed services, data and internet, complex voice, and television. </p></li><li><p>Use consultative and value-based selling techniques to educate and influence customers. </p></li><li><p>Touch base with customers prior to contract expiration so that you can problem-solve, renew or revise contracts and sell additional products and services.</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain required pipeline, win/loss and forecast data, providing updates as required by management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b> </p><p>You know how to make the most of your time in front of clients — and you approach every conversation with a solutions mindset. Here’s more on what you bring to the table:</p><h3><b>Minimum:</b></h3><ul><li><p>8 years of experience in a related field,</p><ul><li><p>OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience in a related field,</p></li><li><p>OR a MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience in a related field</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Previous successful business-to-business outside sales or related experience.</p></li><li><p>A valid driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable transportation.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skill with a successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency and relative work experience using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office and a customer relationship management tool (CRM).</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Preferred:</b></h3><ul><li><p>2 years of telecommunications, technology or cloud sales experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience with field sales, pipeline development, new lead generation and prospecting.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Benefits</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
