The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; or In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of experience in a related field will be considered.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a focus on identifying and seizing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and consistently surpassing sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in prospecting and building relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their objectives, and designing customized strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ability to develop new business and achieve individual sales goals </p></li><li><p>Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). </p></li><li><p>Capacity to multitask in demanding fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>A valid driving license, a good driving record and reliable transportation </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred </b></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including streaming and digital video, display &amp; audio, social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, and paid search.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to sell a mix of customized solutions and digital advertising.  </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.  </p></li></ul><p></p></div></div><div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Make a strong choice for your future self.
