This role will be instrumental in crafting the go-to-market strategy and will be the face of Cowbell support. This position is fully remote based. WORKING HOURS: MST/PST - 8:00am to 5:00pm What you will do: <ul> <li>Facilitate stakeholder access to, and interaction with, Cowbell platform and product. </li> <li>Complete activities related to maintaining compliance with Cowbell policies and procedures.</li> <li>Facilitating accurate accounting for partner agents and brokers; communicating with external partners on accounting-related needs.</li> <li>Assist with implementation of performance incentives for partner agents and brokers.</li> <li>Facilitating the bulk entry of opportunities on behalf of partner agents and brokers.</li> <li>Learn cyber insurance inside and out; it’s an evolving, growing, and exciting product protecting businesses of all types.</li> <li>Collaborate with a passionate team, have fun, grow, learn, and teach the company along the way.</li> <li>Be a point of accountability for ensuring Cowbell’s continued stellar reputation in service.</li> </ul> What Cowbell needs from you: <ul> <li>Proven success in operations and account servicing or the aptitude to obtain that experience.</li> <li>Customer service-oriented in all aspects of your work. </li> <li>Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality.
