We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to take on a key role in our team and company vision going forward. The BI Engineer will get an opportunity to work and build world-class data platforms utilizing advanced technologies. BI Engineer will also help build a foundation for BI platforms and set best practices.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Own &amp; operate our BI stack — architecture, security/governance, releases, performance.</li> <li>Design &amp; build real-time dashboards and self-service reporting for exec, product, ops, and finance teams.</li> <li>Optimize data pipelines (AWS, SQL/NoSQL) and establish CI/CD for analytics workloads.</li> <li>Document &amp; evangelize BI best practices, data definitions, and usage guidelines.</li> <li>Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>5+ yrs building and maintaining BI/analytics solutions on cloud data warehouses.</li> <li>Strong SQL + experience with AWS (QuickSight, Redshift/Glue/Lambda) and CI/CD tooling.</li> <li>Proven skill in modeling large relational &amp; NoSQL datasets for performant dashboards.</li> <li>Proven track record applying data governance practices with strong emphasis on PII protection, while implementing agile DevOps practices.</li> <li>Bonus: Familiarity with P&amp;C insurance data, Applied Epic, and Salesforce.</li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Competitive pay with higher equity as the company is in the earlier stages, working directly with the co-founders</li> <li>Health and dental insurance </li> </ul> Location: <ul> <li>Our team is fully remote, and we’re open to hiring anywhere around the world  </li> </ul> Why Join Us?
