Coursedog is looking for a Salesforce Lead to oversee and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, driving the integration and automation of our business processes, and stewarding the data that underlies them. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, wonderful customer experiences, and consistent achievement of our strategic goals.
Responsibilities & Impact
- Design, manage, and optimize Salesforce architecture to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes, including data modeling, field management, automations, user roles, profiles, reporting, and system integrations.
- Be the go-to owner for the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data within Salesforce.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Salesforce architecture.
- Own integration between Salesforce and all auxiliary business technologies.
- Offer expertise in Salesforce best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
- Create and update documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for end users.
- Work with our business analysts and operations teams to develop and orchestrate workflows across the funnel to drive predictability, improve internal productivity, and enhance the customer journey.
- Craft and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to stakeholders across the entire business.
- Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations while assisting with and optimizing for the existing systems portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with control and documentation standards to maintain system stability and reliability for the business.
