What You Will Do : <ul> <li>Lead architecture design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems in Post Purchase &amp; LFS.</li> <li>Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.</li> <li>Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.</li> <li>Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions, providing mechanisms for the teams to prioritize ruthlessly and “Move with Urgency.” </li> <li>Write code when needed to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.</li> <li>Identify business and tech opportunities; evaluate and adopt new technologies.</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier engineering talent.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul> <li>At least 15+ years in software development, with a strong record of delivering impactful, large-scale systems.</li> <li>7+ years building and operating backend services and web applications.</li> <li>Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.</li> <li>Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework; object-oriented design.</li> <li>Experience driving improvements in code quality</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications : <ul> <li>Additionally, experience with: <ul> <li>AWS-based service development and operations</li> <li>Frontend frameworks (React, Angular)</li> <li>ORM tools (JPA, Hibernate), domain modeling</li> <li>NoSQL and relational/columnar databases</li> <li>Git, CI/CD automation, and Agile methodologies</li> <li>Logistics-related service development</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Type of Work Model : <ul> <li>Hybrid - Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees.
