This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational processes, from the moment a product is listed to the moment it is delivered to the customer. You will use data and technology to monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
