Your leadership will be essential as we aim to double our size over the next 3 years, managing a team responsible for customer internally developed tools that are designed to aid productivity for external and internal customers.</div><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the internal tools team, who builds and runs custom developed customer support tools and other infrastructure platforms solutions.</li><li>Help drive modernization our continuous deployment pipelines</li><li>Support customer lifecycle management operations, including new instance creation, data refreshes to sandbox, cloning for debugging purposes, and customer administration for all applications.</li><li>Design, build and run/maintain highly scalable internally developed software that will increase customer productivity</li><li>Consolidate and modernize build and deployment systems using GitOps, Kubernetes and cloud-native practices.</li><li>Release planning, tracking and roadmap development for internally developed software applications</li><li>Strategically plan and execute the sunsetting of existing portfolio tools related to deployment and infrastructure orchestration.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize internal processes and tools.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to scale operations in alignment with the companys growth goals.</li></ul><h3>What you will bring to Coupa: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience, minimum of 5 years,  in managing and leading high performing software development teams, preferably in a tooling or infrastructure role.</li><li>Deep understanding of cloud development and infrastructure as code.</li><li>Deep knowledge in a modern cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and cloud native resources.</li><li>Strong knowledge of object-oriented principles with programming languages like Ruby on Rails, Python, Java and GoLang.</li><li>Proven success building self-service tooling and frameworks</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong coaching/mentoring individual contributor</li><li>Other duties as assigned:</li><li>24x7 on call support for related major incidents</li><div><br /></div></ul><div>Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
