You will bring deep expertise in purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics, coupled with strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</div><h3>What Youll Do: </h3><ul><li>As a specialist in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product deployments, your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers in designing, mapping business processes to best practice solutions, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes.</li><li>You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities.</li><li>Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities.</li><li>Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers.</li><li>Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption.</li><li>Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring to Coupa: </h3><ul><li>Over 4 years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice processes, gained through procurement organizations, consulting firms, or software providers (e.g., SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP).</li><li>Strong client management skills with the ability to lead customers through best practice-driven design and ensure rapid, successful implementations.</li><li>Proven expertise in procurement systems, including prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering solutions; experience with Inventory, Expenses, or Spend Analytics is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal, essential for stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of interpreting business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.</li><li>Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple enterprise projects, work autonomously, and adjust to fast-paced environments and varied time zones.</li></ul><div>#LI-Remote</div><div>#LI-TC1</div><div><br /></div><div>Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
