Your primary goal is to build deep trust and advocacy for the Coupa Platform within strategic, enterprise-level accounts, often spanning multiple industry verticals.</li><li><b>Technical Subject Matter Expert:</b> Act as the lead technical expert in customer-facing engagements. You will be responsible for responding to and thoroughly reviewing all technology and security-related sections of RFI/RFPs, ensuring accuracy and strategically positioning Coupas technical advantages.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring to Coupa: </h3><ul><li><b>Broad Technical &amp; Cloud Acumen:</b> You demonstrate comprehensive technical aptitude across multiple domains, including modern web-based applications and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models. You must be comfortable discussing infrastructure, enterprise architecture, AI concepts, multi-layered security, and complex integration strategies with authority.</li><li><b>Business &amp; Domain Expertise:</b> You have direct experience with Finance, Procurement, or related business solutions and possess keen decision-making skills. Your true talent lies in translating complex technological features into tangible business value, articulating how our platform solves specific operational problems for both C-level executives and technical teams.</li><li><b>Masterful Communication &amp; Storytelling:</b> You have exceptional written, verbal, and graphical communication skills with documented experience developing and presenting clear, compelling technical narratives.
