From setting up digital &amp; print marketing campaigns to general account / admin tasks, no two days are ever the same for this team! For an experienced and charismatic people leader, you’ll come in at a time of huge growth and development for Domain! Perks of the role include:<ul><li>Our much-loved approach to flexible hybrid working;</li><li>Mentoring and leadership programs, with access to Learning &amp; Development tools;</li><li>First rate parental leave and support for working parents;</li><li>Regular social events including our famous Innovation Days</li></ul>In a typical day you can expect to: <ul><li>Roll out structure, processes and a positive can-do culture to the team to allow them to do what they do best - e.g. through performance tracking, weekly meetings and team recognition.</li><li>Communicate constantly with Sales stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of services, and actioning feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Act as an escalation point to help resolve complex customer needs.</li><li>Oversee admin support provided to sales teams - e.g. proposals, client correspondences, case studies and reports.</li><li>Encourage cross-skilling and knowledge sharing amongst team members.</li><li>Optimising team capacity and ensuring fair allocation of work, whilst driving adherence to service level agreements.</li><li>Eventually develop onboarding, training programs and coaching for long-term career progression within the team.</li><li>Hire for any new roles as the team grows.</li></ul> Our Ideal Person:ESSENTIAL:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.</li><li>Strong people manager experience with a highly confident style.</li><li>Experience managing interstate / remote team members.</li><li>Great communicator who thrives in front of customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Can-do attitude, and ready to be hands-on in all areas!</li><li>Adept at identifying opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Full working rights for a full-time permanent position.</li></ul> NICE TO HAVES:<ul><li>Industry experience in digital advertising / marketing with an understanding of Ad-Ops functions.</li><li>Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Zuora, Optima or similar tools. </li></ul>What’s Next?We’ll give your application the thoughtful attention it deserves and get back to you as soon as possible.
