About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with a specialization in Inventory Management to join our operations team. This role is critical to optimizing inventory performance, ensuring product availability, and reducing excess and obsolete stock. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, logistics, and finance to develop data-driven strategies that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to drive decision-making and support supply chain optimization.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain network, balancing service levels with working capital targets.
- Collaborate with demand planners and buyers to align inventory strategies with sales forecasts and promotional plans.
- Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, stockouts, overstock, and slow-moving items.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to inventory planning, replenishment, and warehouse efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track inventory accuracy, turns, cycle times, and other performance metrics.
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count programs in coordination with warehouse and finance teams.
- Assist with ERP system optimization, particularly related to inventory modules, safety stock parameters, and reorder points.
- Provide insights into inventory risk and obsolescence to support product lifecycle management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain analyst or inventory analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory planning tools.
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles (e.g., EOQ, safety stock, ABC analysis).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $122,000 to $163,000 and $143,300 to $186,050, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
