- Collaborate with AI/ML and Production Engineering teams to optimize training and inference pipelines for fault tolerance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing transparency on reliability risks, trade-offs, and program status to leadership.
- Partner with engineering teams to define reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, RTO, RPO) and enforce best practices in incident prevention.
- Develop and implement frameworks to proactively identify risks, reduce failure modes, and improve mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Oversee tooling and automation investments to enhance observability, automated remediation, and predictive maintenance.
- Define and document reliability standards, ensuring consistency across deployments and regions.
Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. Wed love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and Interests and what you’re excited to work on next.
