Your proactive approach and analytical skills will directly influence how we respond to and learn from security incidents. <ul> <li>Lead incident investigations, swiftly analyzing threats and coordinating effective responses to security incidents</li> <li>Develop and refine incident response playbooks, procedures, and tools to strengthen our security posture</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, security, infrastructure, and leadership teams, during security events through the completion of the cyber kill-chain</li> <li>Lead post incident reviews and perform detailed root-cause analysis after incidents and implement lessons learned to enhance proactive security measures</li> <li>Continuously improve our detection and response capabilities to minimize risks and response times</li> <li>Leverage threat intelligence to guide and improve detection signals</li> </ul> Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in incident response, security engineering, or related roles.</li> <li>Proven capability in managing high-pressure security incidents effectively.</li> <li>Deep technical expertise in incident handling frameworks, methodologies, and tools.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Linux environments, and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Familiarity with security automation and orchestration tools.</li> </ul> What We Offer The base salary range for this role is $206,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
