This is a critical role for scaling our infrastructure efficiently and enabling data-driven planning decisions and scale with Business growth. You’ll partner closely with our Supply Chain Systems teams to design and implement solutions that help us manage space, power, hardware, and long lead time components more effectively. <h3> What you’ll own:</h3> <ul> <li>Own the implementation and support of new planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, o9, custom solutions, Kinaxis or similar)</li> <li>Partner with Supply Chain teams to build scalable data models and tooling for:</li> <li>Rack/power/network capacity across data centers.</li> <li>Demand forecasting, supply lead times, and hardware lifecycle.</li> <li>Build integrations between planning systems and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CMDB, inventory).</li> <li>Drive automation and dashboarding of key metrics to reduce manual effort and improve forecasting accuracy.</li> <li>Serve as the technical and functional SME for Supply &amp; Capacity Planning systems.</li> <li>Model scenarios, what-if logic, and planning hierarchies. </li> </ul> <h3> Who you are:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field</li> <li>5+ years in supply chain or planning systems</li> <li>Deep understanding of supply planning and capacity planning concepts in data center or hardware-intensive businesses</li> <li>Deep experience with Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle PBCS or similar.</li> <li>Strong analytical modeling and business logic translation skills Bonus: infrastructure or cloud planning experience</li> <li>Experience in Netsuite integration with tools like workato is a big plus</li> </ul> The base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
