About the Role:

This role owns the systems and processes driving billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design and Support the Order to cash process in financial systems , Primarily NetSuite ARM, Perform SO, Billing and RevRec configurations,
  • Implement custom billing logic as needed in Netsuite and work with integration engineers to push billing data from billing systems and to Netsuite  for subscription, usage, or milestone-based models. 
  • Collaborate with RevOps, SalesOps to integrate into CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Customer Master and Sales orders. 
  • Work with Ops for ensuring that correct data is captured for contract and entitlement management and improve billing accuracy and automation. 
  • Support revenue audit, ASC 606 compliance, and audit trails

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Finance systems, specifically Netsuite with a focus on OTC or Billing systems
  • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM, billing, and RevRec modules, revenue reporting. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and CPQ, usage metering, revenue recognition, subscription models, and usage-based billing.
  • Experience with system integrations, particularly with Salesforce, payment processors, and data warehouses
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to design technical flows with product managers and business stakeholders, perform configurations and scripting where needed.
  • Some experience in Netsuite integration with tools like workato is a big plus.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $143,000 to $191,000 and $164,000 to $220,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
