This leader will oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of CoreWeave’s security-related infrastructure and cloud platform. You will guide a team of production engineers who develop and maintain systems supporting our rapidly growing infrastructure, build automation to reduce operational overhead, and drive resiliency across our services. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native platforms. You will partner closely with security, infrastructure, and engineering stakeholders to ensure our platform remains secure, performant, and reliable at scale. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
