What You’ll Do:

The Commercial Revenue Accounting team at CoreWeave is responsible for end-to-end revenue accounting and reporting across our product offerings. This team ensures compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 340-40, drives automation of revenue recognition processes, partners with cross-functional teams including Sales, FP&A, and Product, and supports strategic decision-making by delivering accurate and timely financial insights. As we grow, this team plays a critical role in scaling revenue accounting infrastructure to support new products and business models.

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, Software and SaaS Revenue Accounting, you will lead all accounting operations for CoreWeave’s Software and SaaS revenue streams, including usage-based and commitment contracts. You’ll oversee the monthly revenue close, build and develop a high-performing team, and design and execute scalable processes aligned with ASC 606 and SOX requirements. In partnership with FP&A and Technical Revenue Accounting, you’ll own forecasting and reporting for revenue and deferred commissions, and be instrumental in supporting product launches and system implementations.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth technology company

  • 2+ years of experience as a Manager or above within a public company

  • 3+ years of Big 4 audit experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 for Software and SaaS, including usage-based commit contracts

  • Deep understanding of accounting for deferred commissions (ASC 340-40)

  • Proficient in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management)

  • Demonstrated success improving and automating revenue accounting processes

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to lead, hire, and develop a growing accounting team

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and getting into the details when needed

Preferred:

  • Experience with revenue system or ERP implementations

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $149,000 to $198,000 and $178,000 to $238,000, respectively. Compensation is based on factors including location, experience, and skills. This role also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
