Wed love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what you’re excited to work on next. <h3>Who You Are:</h3> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of internal design experience developing complex hardware systems with high speed design interfaces</li> <li>Strong skills in electrical board design</li> <li>Solid experience with high speed interfaces</li> <li>Required experience working with interdisciplinary teams on product design from concept to production, and experience with server technologies like thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity are also required.</li> <li>Excellent ability to negotiate and reach consensus with developers and fellow colleagues from interdisciplinary teams, as well as excellent documentation skills</li> <li>Strong understanding of latest PCB, PCBA and system assembly manufacturing capabilities, including testing.</li> <li>Strong debug skills of complex issues </li> <li>Strong understanding of design for mass manufacturing and reliability</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Experience in the hyperscaler space, specifically GPU systems</li> <li>Prior experience with ODM/JDM design model</li> <li>10+ years of hardware development experience with a focus on servers </li> <li>Excellent ability to use high speed SI simulation tools</li> </ul> Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
