What You’ll Do
The Management Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures enhancing the reporting processes and provides key insights to support decision-making. The position requires deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirement, strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to build financial reports, management presentation, and work cross-functionally with various departments.
About The Role:
- Lead monthly financial flux analysis, analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights
- Prepare the quarterly SAS100 flux analysis for external audit and reporting purposes
- Own the preparation of the statement of cash flows, consolidating inputs across all business units and regions
- Assist Finance and SEC reporting team with management financial reporting packages
- Build management and operational reporting to ensure all reporting aligns with regulatory and tax requirements
- Implement automation tools and reporting enhancements, collaborate with IT and finance system teams to optimize reporting systems
- Support FP&A budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights
- Act as a liaison between finance, accounting, external reporting and other business units
- Review chart of accounts, departments, cost centers, and ERP system structure attributes to ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Assist, as needed, with various special projects.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree in business or accounting required
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years in progressive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting
- Extensive knowledge of the U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX 404 compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle etc.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
