What Youll Do:

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Global Events & Partnerships Marketing to architect and execute a high‑impact event portfolio and partnership strategy worldwide. As an individual contributor, you will personally own the concept‑through‑execution delivery for live, virtual, and hybrid experiences - across conferences, third party, proprietary and sports events. With the objectives of brand awareness, product success stories and most importantly, transforming each touch point into a pipeline‑generating vehicle that accelerates potential revenue. Partnering with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership, you will negotiate event partnerships, manage multimillion‑dollar activation spend, and shepherd cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class experiences on time and on budget.

About The Role:

Global Event Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Design and lead CoreWeave’s global Tier 1 & Tier 2 events calendar (30+ annual events), including industry conferences, summits, third-party activations, and strategic field marketing initiatives.
  • Own the launch of CoreWeave’s flagship global conference with the goal of driving brand authority, executive engagement, and measurable pipeline growth.

End‑to‑End Production

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of event planning—from creative concepting and thematic development to production and content alignment—ensuring consistent storytelling and exceptional execution.
  • Align each event with business objectives, ensuring audience-specific messaging, optimal brand presence, and a cohesive attendee experience

Strategic Partnerships & Industry Positioning

  • Identify and negotiate high-impact event partnerships that elevate CoreWeave’s brand across U.S. and EMEA markets, with a focus on executive speaking opportunities, custom activations, and curated thought leadership.

Executive Content & Brand Narrative

  • Lead the development of speaker content, presentations, on-site demos, and tailored customer success stories that amplify CoreWeave’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and the Executive team to ensure consistent messaging and relevance by region, audience, and persona.

Hybrid & Virtual Innovation

  • Lead innovation in hybrid and virtual event formats to extend global reach while optimizing spend.
  • Stay ahead of event tech and activation trends to ensure CoreWeave remains a market leader in experiential marketing.

Cross‑Functional Alignment & Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align event goals with GTM priorities, product launches, and pipeline objectives.
  • Act as the point of integration for Marketing Development Funds (MDF), helping optimize ROI and strategic use of co-marketing opportunities.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Source, contract, and manage best-in-class vendors and agencies across creative, production, and event technologies.
  • Establish SLAs, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence at scale.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

  • Define and track KPIs across the full event lifecycle; partner with Marketing Ops to build real-time dashboards for post-event reporting and insights.
  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset to optimize future events based on data and business outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global event marketing, production, and sponsorships within high‑growth B2B tech environments.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and executing events across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Expertise negotiating complex partnership deals and fostering long‑term partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading hybrid/virtual event transformations and leveraging digital platforms for engagement.
  • Exceptional project management and cross‑functional leadership skills, with ability to collaborate directly with C‑suite executives.
  • Data‑driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, ROI modeling, and marketing automation/CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at storytelling and brand activation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or event management certification a plus.
