What You’ll Do:
We’re hiring a high-impact Director of Internal & Executive Communications to support our SVP of Product & Engineering and her organization. In this role, you’ll be part of the Internal Communications team but fully embedded and dedicated to elevating the voice, visibility, and strategic clarity of the Product & Engineering organization.
You’ll partner directly with the executive and her leadership team to drive internal alignment, lead integration communications for acquisitions, and shape the SVP of Product & Engineering’s external voice to attract top talent and reinforce CoreWeave’s reputation as a place where world-class engineering talent thrives.
You’ll also serve as a founding and core member of our Internal Communications Center of Excellence, helping raise the bar for internal communications across the company.
This role requires strategic thinking, editorial sharpness, executive presence, and a strong grasp of technical environments. You’ll build trust at the highest levels while delivering clear, impactful messaging in a fast-moving, innovation-driven business.
About the Role:
Internal & Executive Communications
- Lead all communications for the SVP of Product & Engineering, including messaging, ghostwriting, and talking points for internal and external audiences.
- Craft narratives for All Hands meetings, org-wide updates, leadership forums, AMAs, and industry events.
- Edit and oversee the distribution of internal communication materials, including program and campaign communications, presentations, FAQs, press materials, speeches, and social content.
- Oversee development and production of content for internal and external speaking engagements, conferences, and events.
- Establish and maintain a compelling LinkedIn presence that reflects the SVP’s leadership style, draws interest from top technical talent, and reinforces her thought leadership within the AI space.
- Partner with global communications on external messaging to prospective employees, media, shareholders, and customers.
- Build scalable systems to activate her direct reports and elevate the Product & Engineering leadership voice internally and externally.
- Create a function-wide strategic communication plan aligned to company-wide priorities and informed by employee feedback.
Acquisition Integration Communications
- Partner as the lead communicator for the integration of any newly acquired company, for which she is the executive sponsor.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end change communications plan to align cultures, unify roadmaps, and ensure alignment to priorities.
Internal Communications & Culture
- Be a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Internal Communications and participate in our Internal Communications Center of Excellence.
- Contribute to company-wide storytelling moments like All Hands meetings, Slack engagement, and leadership communication campaigns.
- Help engineer a culture of clarity, transparency, and pride.
- Develop a strategic plan to address feedback from our recent employee engagement survey and any upcoming mechanisms CoreWeave will use to gather employee voice.
- 10+ years of experience in communications in a fast-paced tech company, with a focus on internal and executive communications.
- Experience working closely with senior engineering and technical leaders.
- Proven track record in strategic change communications, leadership messaging, narrative development, and building communications cadences that demonstrate measurable impact.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to ghostwrite in a leader’s voice.
- Strong editorial judgment, speed, and comfort navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- You love to develop innovative solutions for complex communication challenges.
- You’re creative, innovative, and curious—with the ability to move from concept to ideation to execution with a strong bias for action
- You’re an expert in exhibiting a sharp sense of audience, tone, and what drives clarity and trust in fast-moving companies.

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 - $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
