About the role:
Business Development is part of CoreWeave’s Go-to-Market organization, working cross-functionally to drive new revenue through partnerships, support customer growth, and expand our ecosystem. We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst to help operationalize these efforts and support strategic initiatives.
This role will be involved in both internal and external initiatives. Internally, responsibilities include spearheading market intelligence initiatives that will help inform our GTM strategy, building a BD/partnerships knowledge base, developing partner marketing strategies, and modeling partner-driven revenue. Externally, the role will support channel partner activations and ecosystem events such as conferences, webinars, and hackathons. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand partner relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.
- Support BD strategy development, including channel partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and ecosystem growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture teams to execute cross-functional BD initiatives.
- Assist in commercial negotiations with go-to-market and product partners.
- Develop proposals for BD initiatives tailored to internal and external executive stakeholders.
- Establish tracking systems to measure partner-driven outcomes and evaluate technology platforms to scale BD efforts.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for BD and partnership initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, business or technology-related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product, Growth, Banking, or Consulting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to synthesize information and adapt quickly.
- Experience managing deliverables for executive-level stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; confident in leading meetings with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Excel for building internal systems.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,900 - $108,360 Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
