You’ll be the technical authority on Contentsquare and will reassure the client across multiple subjects such as implementation, performance, security and the logic behind the stats and calculations in the platform. </div><div><br /></div><div>You’ll be very commercially focused and will understand how to transfer the feature set of the platform into commercial value for the client. You’ll be technically aware of the latest front end technologies and will be able to hold your own with CTOs and influence CEOs. </div><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul><li><b>Lead Pre-Sales Engagements</b>: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate Contentsquares value proposition through tailored presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.</li><li><b>Technical Expertise</b>: Provide deep technical knowledge and insights about Contentsquares platform, including integrations, data flows, and analytics capabilities.</li><li><b>Solution Design</b>: Architect and design customized solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging Contentsquares suite of products.</li><li><b>Customer Advocacy</b>: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning Contentsquares solutions effectively.</li><li><b>Collaboration</b>: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions.</li><li><b>Market Insights</b>: Gather and share market and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and strategic sales approaches.</li><li><b>Training and Enablement</b>: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities of Contentsquares solutions.</li><li><b>Event Participation</b>: Represent Contentsquare at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing thought leadership and technical acumen.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need to succeed:</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or related customer/business facing technical role within the SaaS industry.</li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b> Proficiency in web and app technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Proficient in understanding at least the concepts of Apps framework.
