This role will focus on driving pipeline generation for both the </span><b>Mid-Market</b><span> and </span><b>Enterprise segments</b><span>, covering </span><b>Inbound and Outbound strategies</b><span>. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales development leadership, a passion for coaching and mentoring teams, and expertise in developing strategies that maximize team efficiency and output.</span></div><h3>What youll do</h3><ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing SDR team, ensuring alignment with Contentsquare’s core values and goals.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive team success.</li><li>Conduct regular coaching sessions to develop SDR skills in prospecting, objection handling, and qualification.</li><li>Design and implement SDR strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.</li><li>Balance focus between <b>Inbound</b> lead conversion and <b>Outbound</b> prospecting campaigns to generate a healthy and 	    predictable pipeline.</li><li>Work closely with marketing to optimize lead scoring, routing, and conversion metrics for inbound efforts.</li><li>Partner with sales leaders to identify target accounts and craft outreach strategies for outbound campaigns.</li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team, including activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.</li><li>Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Present team performance and strategic insights to leadership, aligning on growth opportunities and resource needs.</li><li>Act as a bridge between SDRs, marketing, and sales to ensure a seamless lead-to-opportunity process.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing on content, messaging, and campaign strategies to support SDR outreach.</li><li>Partner with sales leaders to ensure a smooth handoff process from SDRs to Account Executives, driving pipeline velocity.</li><li>Evaluate and enhance SDR workflows, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement technologies.</li><li>Continuously refine playbooks and processes to improve team productivity and effectiveness.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need to succeed</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 5+ years in sales development, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably managing teams focused on both Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.</li><li><b>Proven Success:</b> Demonstrated ability to scale SDR teams and achieve ambitious pipeline goals across inbound and outbound strategies.</li><li><b>Leadership Skills:</b> Strong coaching, motivational, and team-building capabilities with a track record of developing high-performing SDRs.</li><li><b>Strategic Thinking:</b> Ability to design and execute tailored strategies for distinct market segments and sales motions.</li><li><b>Data-Driven:</b> Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize performance.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.</li><li><b>Tech Savvy:</b> Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and similar platforms.</li><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).</li></ul><div><b><span>Why you should join Contentsquare</span></b></div><div><span>We invest in our people through career development, mentorship, social events, philanthropic activities, and competitive benefits.
